Disruption to certain Myservicedesk.com services in UK (4 July 2013, approx 3:01 pm)

Please note that some Myservicedesk.com instances in the UK are experiencing a disruption to services (as from 3:01pm). We were alerted to the problem through our monitoring and are working as a matter of priority to restore all affected services.  We will post an update shortly.

Update: All services have been resumed. Affected instances were unavailable for approximately 20 minutes. We are
discussing the cause of the disruption with our data center provider. We can assure you that there was no data loss at this time and will perform data\system checks over the next hour.
