Scheduled Maintenance (26th January 2015 – 2AM Server Time)

We are planning to carry out maintenance on your Myservicedesk.com instance on 26th Jaunary, during the agreed window of downtime, for a period of at most 1 hour. During this period of downtime, your Myservicedesk.com instance will not be available. The maintenance work will involve upgrading your instance to Supportworks ESP v7.6.2. The only requirement for connection will be to upgrade your local Windows client which can either be performed post upgrade (Analysts will be prompted at first login) or by pre-installing the client from the following URL
