We are planning to upgrade myservicedesk.com instances to the latest release of ITSM (version 18.104.22.168) on 3 February 2013, at 00:05. The upgrade will take at most 1 hour, and requires downtime to your instance.

We are planning to carry out maintenance on your Supportworks instance on 1 February, during the agreed window of downtime for a period of at most 1 hour. During this period of downtime, your Supportworks instance will not be available. The maintenance work will involve deploying a patch to:
- allow customers to save email addresses for Analysts which are greater than 32 characters in length
- improve the robustness of the server service
- resolve a memory leak in XMLMC
