Problems reaching your myservicedesk.com instance (26 June 2013, approx10pm UK time)

Some myservicedesk.com users may have problems accessing their instance. The third-party provider we use for managing DNS is experiencing a problem at present. The cloudsupport team has contacted all affected customers with details on how to access their myservicedesk.com instance.
