Outage (16 August 2012, 6.42am – 6.48am)

Some customers may have experienced problems with their Supportworks instance this morning. This was due to an outage at our datacenter. The Cloud Support team were alerted to the problem as soon as it occurred; they notified the affected customers and resolved the issue within 6 minutes.
