Disruption to UK Myservicedesk.com (28 March 2013, 10:34am)

From 10:34am, UK Myservicedesk.com customers are likely to be experiencing connectivity
problems to their Supportworks instances. The cloud team detected the problem and immediately
contacted our datacenter provider. We are currently on the phone to the Support team at the datacenter
and will post an update here shortly.

Update: 10:53am

The problem was resolved at 10:50am. If you are still experiencing problems with your Myservicedesk.com
instance, please do not hesitate  to contact cloudsupport@hornbill.com . We will be posting an update once we have clarification of the root cause of the outage from our datacenter provider.
